Respectfully, [IGS]Clan Administration [IGS]Clan Ranking Structure Insane Admin Directive: Responsible for the direct oversight of the [IGS]Clan and ensuring every facet reflects the image IGS represents and enforces. Admins reserve and exercise the right to control and direct all issues and implementations where seen fit. These members are not only Admins for the [IGS]Clan, but also act as a liaison for [IGS]Clan’s sponsor, Insane Gaming Servers. In cases of disputes, problems, and issues which are in deadlock, Insane Admins will act as sole advocates based on what's in best interest for the overall cause. Abuse reports will only be seen and handled on an Insane Admin level and always kept confidential. Insane Admins will ensure all Rules and Expectations are met within this Clan. Any reprimands and disciplinary actions will only be done through this entity in a private manner with those involved. Admins will have their own dedicated area within [IGS]Clan Profiles in which contact information can be obtained publicly. Insane Council
Directive: This is the driving force behind the majority of all Clan decisions, functions, and responsibilities. Members have been chosen and approved via Council and Insane Administration. Implementations, future directives, awards and all technical areas are involved in this area. Member's are required to lead by example, and bring resolution utilizing the poll/voting system. When resolution cannot be achieved, Council members will be directed by Insane Administration for further guidance. Insane Master-At-Arms
Directive: The Master-At-Arms (MAA) Team is responsible for the enforcement of all Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures set forth by the [IGS]Clan Council. The MAA Team will handle all complaints having to deal with unfair gameplay and unprofessional conduct by both [IGS] and non-[IGS] members on all servers. The Team will be responsible for handling investigations of any and all violations of the Asylum Rules and [IGS]Clan Game Servers Policies. The MAA Team will report all issues directly to the Admin and Council. Insane Server Assistant
Directive: Responsible for key areas designated by Insane Administration in running the physical IGS Game Servers. This position is of highest level in trust and all operations will be strictly controlled and outlined by Insane Administration. Members will report directly and only to Insane Administration. Members in this area will be chosen by Insane Administration only. Common tasks include: IGS Server monitoring, IGS Server authority and policy enforcement, etc. The assistant will keep the Insane Admins informed of any actions taken. As an assistant to Insane Admins for Server duties, profiles will be placed directly underneath Insane Admins for contact information. All information received is expected to be forwarded to Insane Admins for further review and action if necessary. Insane Webmaster
Directive: This role comes with great responsibility, time, and the ability to work well within a team. The Webmasters will have full administrative access to the [IGS]Clan Website. General duties will be in the basic upkeep of the site. The Webmasters will be under direct supervision by Insane Admins. It is expected before new implementations are made and released live, Insane Admins give approval. The Webmasters will report problems and concerns in a timely manner to Insane Administration and the Webmaster Team as a whole. A dedicated forum will be enabled for public view. This forum will be used for Q&A concerning Website troubleshoots and Webmaster notes of updates / work logs / etc. The Webmasters will be a full moderator of this forum. Insane Web Assistant
Directive: This position is created to assist the current Webmaster. The assistant will be expected to work with projects that the Webmasters designate. The Webmasters will be expected to keep the Insane Admins informed of what the assistant will be working on, overseeing, etc. The assistant will not implement ideas live, without consulting the Webmaster Team first, then getting final authorization via Insane Administration. Insane Scrim Coordinator/Assistant
Directive: These position involves scheduling all inner and outer [IGS]Clan scrimmages. The Assistant has equal responsibilities as the Scrim Coordinator, except for final scheduling issues. In the absence of the Scrim Coordinator, the Assistant handles all responsibilities. The Scrim Coordinator and Assistant(s) will have a direct link to his email posted on the main [IGS]Clan site accessible to the public. Good public relation skills are essential since they will be the liaisons of those who challenge the [IGS]Clan. The War Room forum will be designated for updates and discussion and will be kept updated by the Scrim Coordinator and Assistant(s). Before an Official outer Clan Scrimmage is approved, it will need to be discussed and finalized with players who will be able to attend. Regular inner Scrim matches will be posted via the Clan Scrim Scheduler and is expected to be at various times, meeting the needs of the majority of the Clan. A Scrim Coordinator or Assistant will also be asked to take screenshots of any non-official inner Clan scrimmage so highlights can be posted on the [IGS]Clan website for review. Insane Scout
Directive: As an Insane Scout, the member will be asked to search out other clan techniques, styles, tactics, gamplay and weapons mods, spending time on other clan servers and forums, and reporting their findings back to the Clan. Additionally, Scouts will always be on the lookout for potential IGS Clan recruits and work closely with [IGS]Akasha in helping to evaluate recruit applicants. This will include observing applicants on our servers and possibly other servers to assist in evaluating their overall demeanor in gameplay and in their interaction with other players. Another task to be performed by an Insane Scout is to provide advanced reconnaissance of clan servers where the IGS Clan will be having a scrim. This will include reporting back to the Clan on game mods, weapons, key players and other pertinent information. The Insane Scout responsibility is very public relations intensive and during normal operations of reconnaissance, the Scout will be expected to wear the [IGS] tag and represent the ideals of the Clan. There may be times that "Special Ops" assignments will be issued to the Scout(s) and this will be handled privately with objectives laid out by the Insane Council and final approval through Insane Administration. Once a report is completed in this nature, it will be sent via email to an Insane Admin and posted within the Insane Council for further review and discussion. Insane Map Specialist
Directive: This rank is dedicated to those who take leadership and are skilled in the art of map making. A Map Specialist is asked to keep the Clan updated on current projects and estimated release dates. This is a position of talent and high honor within the Clan society. Main discussion with be done in the appropriate area with the Clan Access forums. Insane Coding Specialist
Directive: This rank is specifically assigned to those with high coding skills. Projects will be developed and implemented through the Coding Specialist, Insane Council, and approved and implemented by Insane Admins. As a coder, development will be specific to Weapon Mods, Mutator Tweaks, and further Website enhancements. The Coder will keep the entire Clan up to date on current projects and will have a forum designated solely for discussion, work notes, etc. This forum will be for Clan Access only. Special projects may be asked of the Coder due to overall Clan needs and priorities. These types of projects will be private and the Coder will work directly with Insane Admins before final release. It will be the Coder's sole decision if designed work will be released to the general public and Clan members. Projects that are used within [IGS]Clan will be kept confidential and only used upon full approval of the Coder and Insane Admins. Insane Graphics Specialist
Directive: This rank is given to members who make art, and graphical designs for the [IGS]Clan. All artwork will be used by the sole permission of the member with this rank. All designs and images will be monitored by Insane Admins to ensure they are appropriate according to IGS standards. Logos, banners, and promo creations can be posted both in public and private forums. This will be up to the individual specialist. Anything deemed inappropriate will be removed only by Insane Admins. Special projects may be assigned and will be done through Insane Council. Insane Soldier
Directive: This is the rank given to those who become Full Members in the [IGS]Clan. These members are without a doubt [IGS]Clan and IGS patrons. They are active on the Servers and in the Clan Forums. These members make up an Elite Clan and through dedication, patronage, vision, and creativity, bring honor and pride to an online community. These members show daily they are team orientated and will do anything in their capabilities to further the progress and development of the [IGS]Clan. Members with this rank truly know and display by their actions: "We Live As A Team......We Die As A Team." Insane Recruit
Directive: Once you first become a part of the [IGS]Clan, you are entitled to this rank. You are also allowed full access to the Clan Access in the forums, and a Dedicated [IGS]Clan Server is unlocked. Expectations are to wear the [IGS] tag at all times, get to know established [IGS]Clan Members, familiarize yourself with all available areas of the Clan Website, and display the behaviors outlined in the Rules and Expectations area. Once your probation period is over, which is determined by your progress within the Clan both on the Servers and on the Forums, you will achieve Insane Soldier ranking. This determination will be made through Insane Council along with further input from established members. Insane Candidate
Directive: This is where you will first start your journey to becoming an [IGS]Clan Member. If you show interest, you can submit an application by filling out your profile in its entirety. You will also need to submit a photo of yourself which can be directly uploaded to the site via browser integration. The best way and recommendation to become a member is to get active on both the [IGS]Clan Forums and the [IGS]Clan Servers. Make your intentions known, show that you are here to play and participate, and understand the Rules and Expectations this Clan has. We encourage all to use patience and dedication in becoming new additions to our family. Things don't happen over night, and we as an Elite group reserve the right to be choosy in whom we pick to represent. After you are approved, all information has been submitted and authorized, and payment verification has been received, an Insane Webmaster will move you up to the next level in Ranking. Please DO NOT submit payment to IGS, unless you have been asked to do so by an Insane Council or Insane Admin representative.
